work and new apartment

after two weeks of looking, we finally found a new apartment...we are lucky to find one that would allow us to lease it for only 3months instead of 1yr...i've found a job too and started working last week pa...however, i want to quit because of these following reasons:

  1. i don't feel comfortable with the place and im not enjoying the job too...i want to elaborate more on this but don't know how to put it in words...i might offend some people din kasi...
  2. i feel guilty that its hubby who cooks dinner and do the house chores now...he also wakes up at 6am just to prepare my breakfast before i go to work...i know he is tired but i haven't heard any complains naman
  3. the schedule is physically tiring...one day you're working from 7-3pm, the next day you are schedule to work 3-11pm...plus, its 6days work which means i only have one day off...
  4. i have to wear make-up..LOL(its a front desk job)...on my first day, my supervisor asked "why are you not wearing lipstick"? (note: i don't like wearing lipstick...hehehe)
  5. the pay is less compared to my salary in canada...my one week salary in canada is already my one salary here...
  6. On my first week of work, i've noticed that there's too much politics goin on...i've also heard that there were many new employee who cried at work because the managers are rude...

my dearest husband wants me to quit because he feels that im physically tired...he told me that i don't need to work because we have enough naman to pay the bills...plus, i can get a better job because after all, i have a degree and good work experience in canada...

kung one week ka palang sa work at ganyan na ang nararamdaman mo, what more after one month or one year? i believe that no matter how much you love your company or the work that you do, after a certain time, magsasawa ka din and you will begin to find faults in certain aspect of things. kaya if i were you, i'd leave the company :) hehe, BI ba?

hanap ka nalang ulit. i'm sure there is something better waiting for :) goodluck!

kaya natin 'toh! :)

If you're not happy w/ your work why don't you quit. Mahirap magtrabaho nang pilit at hindi satisfied. Think about it, marami pang darating syo.

hi alynn,

perhaps what is rewarding lang in ur situation is that, whatever it is worth, magkasama na kayo ni hubby mo to really start a family.

wishing u all the best and i hope that you'll find a job na magiging happy ka :)
